Ultimate Surf & Turf with Garlic Shrimp & Loaded Baked Potato
Preheat broiler to high.
Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the center of the shell and lifting the meat slightly above it.
Brush with melted butter, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Broil for 8–10 minutes until opaque and lightly golden. 

Pat steaks dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare) or until desired doneness.
Add butter, smashed garlic, and thyme during the last minute, spooning butter over the steaks. Rest 5 minutes. 

In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook 5–6 minutes until golden and tender.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes per side.
Add butter and minced garlic, sauté 1 more minute until fragrant and glossy. 
Place steak on the plate and top with sautéed mushrooms.
Add lobster tail beside it and arrange garlic shrimp around.
Serve with the loaded baked potato and lemon wedges.
